King penguin
King penguins are the second largest penguin on earth. The best way to distinguish King penguins from the other species is by the splash of yellow feathers on their upper chests and the teardrop-shaped patches of colour on the sides of their heads. King penguin chicks are dark brown and fluffy. These penguins live on several islands in the subantarctic area, including Macquarie Island in the Pacific Ocean.
